Tampa Police Catch Serial Killer With The Help of McDonald’s Food Bag

Tuesday, Tampa police arrested the man responsible for the series of shootings in Seminole Heights neighborhood. 24-year-old Howell Donaldson was taken into custody and charged with four counts of murder after police found the gun that had been used in the four shootings.
